Privacy, in plain words.
What we measure
We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless and EU-hosted analytics service. It tells us roughly how many people visit which pages - and nothing about who. No cookies are set on your device, so no consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive. If you’ve blocked analytics anyway, this site still works perfectly.
Plausible doesn’t set cookies or persist any device identifier, so under the ePrivacy Directive we don’t need to ask your permission to use it. Nothing on this site depends on analytics - block it and everything still works.
What we collect from forms
We collect what you give us. The waitlist form takes your name and email. The demo form additionally takes your product stage, current deployment situation, and a free-text answer about why Orbit. That’s it. We do not buy, sell, or rent any of it.
What we email you
Waitlist: a single confirmation email when you sign up, plus one launch notice when invites open. That’s it. Demo: nothing automatic. We only reach out if your application is a fit. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058).
How long we keep things
Waitlist entries: until you ask us to delete them, or until Orbit ships and the list is migrated to a real account. Demo applications that are approved become customer records. Demo applications that are not approved are deleted after 90 days. If you want yours deleted sooner, email hi@lustres.dev and we’ll do it the same day.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@lustres.dev from the address you signed up with. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

A full terms of service is forthcoming and will land here before Orbit opens to the general public. During early access, your use of lustres.dev and the waitlist / demo programme is covered by the privacy notes above.
